| Directions |
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Combine the first 8 ingredients. Mix very well.
- Add the last 4 ingredients. Mix well.
- Make each cookie about the size of golf ball. (You can use an ice cream scoop.) Place about 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 minutes; then flatten with a fork and cook about 4 minutes more.
