| Directions | - Unwrap the caramels and melt in a saucepan on the stovetop along with 1/3 cup of the evaported milk. Set aside and cool.
- Combine the cake mix, butter, and the other 1/3 cup of evaporated milk. Press half of this mixture into a 9x13-inch pan and bake at 350ºF for 6 minutes.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top, and then spread the caramel mixture over that; then top with the other half of the of cake mixture.
- Bake at 350ºF for 15-18 minutes.
