| Directions | - Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9- x 13-inch baking pan.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar; beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture.
- Spread the batter into the greased 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle the marshmallows over top of the baked bars; bake 3 minutes more. Cool.
- Place the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in a microwave using the high setting. Microwave one minute at a time, stirring after each minute.
- Stir the cereal into the chocolate and peanut butter mixture. Spread this mixture over the cooled bars. Chill and cut into bars.
