| Directions | - Pat one roll of the cookie dough in a 9- x 13-inch pan.
- Blend the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Pour this mixture over the cookie dough.
- Use the second roll of cookie dough as the topping. Simply crumble on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes.
- Allow the bars to cool; then refrigerate before serving.
