| Directions | - Cream the first 5 ingredients together until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients; then add this mixture to the creamed mixture; mix well.
- Add the chocolate chips; mix well.
- Drop by cookie scoop (walnut-sized balls) 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 min at 350ºF until light golden brown.
- Cool the cookies on wire racks. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
