Place chocolate and butter in 1 quart bowl and microwave approximately 1 minute until butter is melted and hot, but chocolate is not quite all-the-way melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar, Splenda and egg and beat by hand until well blended. Add flour and mix until blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for ONLY 3-4 minutes. Remove to paper towel to cool. NOTE: Cookies will not look completely cooked. However, they will be very dry if cooked any longer. |
