| Directions | - Melt the butterscotch chips with the peanut butter.
- Add the Rice Krispies and stir well.
- Press half the mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2 buttered pan. Chill.
- Combine chocolate chips, water, powdered sugar, and butter. Melt in the microwave. Stir occasionally. Make sure the ingredients are well mixed, but don't over do it.
- Spread over the chilled mixture. Spread the remaining Rice Krispies mixture on top. Press in gently. Chill before serving.
