Directions: In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda , cream of tartar and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat sugar and confectioner's sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg
and vanilla until well blended. Gradually, add the dry ingredients, beating until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm. Several hours later or overnight. Preheat oven to 375°. Roll out on floured surface and cut out desired shapes. Bake for 8 min. Cool on rack. Makes 30 cookies. Eat and Enjoy with your choice of frosting.
