| Directions | Whisk together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until frothy and add orange juice concentrate. Fold into dry ingredients. Add craisins and nuts. Shape dough into 2 long logs on a cookie sheet and slightly flatten the edges all along with your fingers to achieve the biscotti shape. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350° F, or until golden in color. Cool slightly and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Space slices slightly apart and upright, and then toast them again in 350 oven for 10 minutes. |
