| Directions |
- Beat egg yolks until thick.
- Add sugar to egg yolks and beat well.
- Add water, flour, salt and mix until smooth, then stir in the vanilla.
- Beat egg whites and add cream of tartar.
- Beat again until stiff.
- Fold into the cake mix.
- Flour baking pan and pour in the mixture.
- Bake at 350° F until toothpick comes out clean.
