| Directions |
- Make cake mix as directed on package.
- Pour half batter into greased 9x13 cake pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a 350°F preheated oven.
- Melt together caramels, butter and milk.
- Pour mixture over cake.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture.
- Top with remaining cake batter.
- Bake for another 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
