| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Place rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.
- Mix sugar, flour, salt, egg yolks and cream.
- Pour over the rhubarb.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Mix egg whites and remaining sugar in a cold glass bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Place meringue on top of pie and use the back of a spoon to create peaks.
- Return to the oven to brown.
