| Directions |
- Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Grease the bottom and sides of the cake pan.
- Mix brown sugar, egg, shortening, and salt. Beat well.
- Stir in milk, flour, baking soda, vanilla, and rhubarb; pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the top of the cake.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
