| Directions | CRUST:
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Make a well. Add oil and water. Mix with a fork.
- This is enough for top and bottom crust.
FILLING:
- Peel apples and slice thin.
- Put apples directly in pie plate on top of bottom crust.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of apples.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top of sugar.
- Put slices of butter on top.
- Add top pie crust. Using a fork, poke hole on top (all over) to prevent air bubbles.
- Bake in a 350° F oven for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
