| Directions |
- Spray 9" x13" glass casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Melt butter in large bowl and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Add cottage cheese and eggs.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt.
- Fold in the chili peppers and shredded cheese.
- Mix well. Bake 45 -60 minutes or till golden brown.
