| Directions |
- Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix these together to make a paste and spread evenly on the bottom of the cake pan.
- Stack sliced bread to cover bottom. I use 12 slices of bread, stacked in 2 layers of 6 slices.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Pour over the bread.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered. Then, bake for 10 minutes uncovered.
