| Directions |
- Using a glass baking dish (9 x 13) greased, sprinkle cheese on bottom and dot with butter.
- Using a glass mixing bowl, mix half and half, salt, pepper and mustard.
- Pour half of the mixture over the cheese and butter.
- Pour slightly beaten eggs and bacon over cheese/butter and half and half mixture.
- Then pour the rest of the half and half mixture over the eggs and bacon.
- Bake at 325° F for 40 minutes or until browned.
