| Directions |
- While pasta cooks, cook bacon over medium in large skillet until half done.
- Add onion, peas and carrots and cook until bacon is done.
- Drain fat and then add cream and let warm until pasta is done.
- Beat eggs, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup parmesan.
- Add pasta to skillet and stir.
- Then add eggs and cook until eggs are cooked, but appear a little wet.
- Plate the pasta and sprinkle with additional parmesan.

- | | 1/2 teaspoon pepper |
- | | 1 cup grated Parmesan |
