| Directions | Heat oven to 350°. Spray 13" x 9 baking pan with cooking spray. Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Beat brown sugar and oil in large bowl at medium speed until smooth. Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla, beat until creamy. Stir in flour mixture. Stir in zucchini, 1 C chocolate chips, oats and nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 20 mins or until lightly browned or when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool pan on wire rack. Melt remaining chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl in 15 second intervals until melted. Drizzle over bars. Refrigerate. |
