| Directions |
- Preheat oven at 350° F.
- Grease and flour two loaf pans.
- Mix water, eggs, pumpkin, and oil in a large bowl.
- Sift all dry ingredients.
- Slowly stir dry ingredients into bowl with the wet ingredients. (DO NOT BEAT WITH MIXER!)
- Stir in nuts and raisins.
- Pour into prepared loaf pans.
- Bake for one hour or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
- Cool loaves upside down on racks.
