Mix together dry ingredients. Combine butter, peanut butter, honey or corn syrup, brown sugar and vanilla; pour over dry ingredients. Press very firmly into greased 9x13 pan; bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
Note: This recipe can be doubled and baked in a 12x18 cookie sheet.
