| Directions |
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Heat cottage cheese in small bowl in microwave until lukewarm/room temperature, then place in large mixing bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except flour.
- Then stir in yeast.
- Add flour gradually, beating well after each addition.
- Cover and let sit in warm place to rise (about 60 minutes).
- Punch down and turn into well greased 8 x 8 glass casserole dish.
- Let rise for another 45 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 350° F oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown on top.
