Homemade Cinnamon Rolls - Recipe

Directions
  • Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  • Combine beaten eggs, sugar, melted butter, salt and flour.
  • Knead for 5 minutes.
  • Let rise in covered bowl until double - approx. 90 minutes.
  • While dough is rising, cut 2 tablespoons of butter into 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup white sugar, cinnamon and salt.
  • Roll out dough into 12 x 24 rectangle.
  • Sprinkle with filling mixture, roll up and cut into 24 even pieces.
  • Place in two 9 x 13 pans and let rise again - appox. 90 minutesli>
  • Bake at 375° F for 20 minutes.
  • Frost with a powdered sugar frosting while still warm.
