| Directions |
- Bring the cream cheese and 4 oz. of butter to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Take 2 Tbsp butter and heat in small frying pan.
- Add garlic and cook until golden brown.
- Blend cream cheese, 4 oz. of butter and browned garlic in a small mixing bowl until well blended.
- Add Italian cheese to mixture and stir.
- Spread mixture on bread and bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes (depends on desired crispness of bread - longer for crisper bread).
