| Directions |
- Seed and peel the avocado, in a small bowl mash with the lemon juice, salt & pepper.
- Set aside.
- In another bowl mix the sour cream with the taco seasoning.
- Set aside.
- Build layers in this order: Spread bean dip evenly on a serving plate. Top with avocado mixture sour cream mixture, top with tomatoes, onions, black olives and cheese.
- Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
