- Melt together the margarine, peanut butter and chocolate chips.
- Add box of Cocco Puffs and mix together with rubber spatula.
- Sprinkle powder sugar over the top, mix together and spread out on waxed paper to cool.
- You can put mixture in brown paper bag before adding powder sugar, add powder sugar and shake well. Then spread out onto waxed paper to cool.
- Store in airtight container.
