| Directions |
- Cut top out of jalapeno and clean out the seeds leaving only the shell.
- In skillet brown ground beef and stir in taco seasoning to taste.
- Add Cream Cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Stuff the jalapenos with cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each one with one slice of bacon and secure it with a tooth pick.
- Cook either in an oven or they are best on a hot grill for 45 minutes or until bacon is done.
- Serve while warm.
