| Directions |
- Butter outside side of each slice of bread.
- Spread mustard on the inside of one slice of bread for each sandwich. Spread on chopped Giardiniera mix. Top with ham, turkey, tomatoes and cheese. Place slice of bread, butter-side out, on top of cheese; press slightly.
- Heat panini press to medium. Or use a grill pan with a heavy bottomed pan to press on top of the sandwiches.
- Grill each sandwich until the bottom is golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve warm.
