 | Directions | In a small bowl, sift flour and soda. In a large bowl, beat eggs; add oil, salt, cinnamon and sugar. Add flour mixture. Fold in carrots. Pour into lightly greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and frost. For frosting, combine ingredients for frosting and then frost cooled bars. |
