| Directions |
- Cut turkey breast into 1 inch cubes. Place in resealable plastic bag.
- Place remaining ingredients except the oil in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Slowly add the oil to the food processor to form an emulsion.
- Pour half of the marinade over turkey in resealable bag. Reserve remaining marinade for basting later during grilling. Marinate the meat for one to 2 days in the refrigerator.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Place meat on skewers. Grill until no longer pink in the middle, basting with leftover marinade.
