| Directions | In double boiler, melt caramels with water. After melted, add pecans. Stir well then drop onto wax or parchment paper by small spoonfuls. Clean your boiler, then melt chocolate chips and wax until smooth. Dip your caramel pecans into the melted chocolate by picking them up with toothpicks. Place back onto parchment paper after dripping. Let set a few minutes, then they are ready. |
