| Directions | 1 - Saute bacon until crisp in skillet; then crumble into crockpot.
2 - Add olive oil to same skillet and saute onion until opaque.
3 - Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, then remove onion and garlic and put in crockpot.
4 - Add allother ingredients to the crockpot.
5 - Cover with water, then slow cook on high for 5 hours or until vegetables are tender. |
