| Directions |
- For the simple syrup, combine the sugar, water, and mint in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool for 20 minutes. Strain before using.
- In a large pitcher, combine the champagne, orange juice, 1 cup of simple syrup, lemon and lime zest. Add the sliced strawberries and citrus slices.
- Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour the cocktail over the top. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
