| Directions |
- Cream together melted margarine and sugar; beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add the vanilla.
- Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt; then add Hershey's syrup.
- Pour in a greased 11x15-inch jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:
- Combine the margarine, milk, and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; allow to boil for 30 seconds.
- Add chocolate chips and beat until creamy.
- Cool frosting until it has thickened enough to spread on the brownies.
