| Directions |
- Place mushrooms on the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with chicken.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in italian dressing mix. Add soup, broth and cream cheese. Stir until melted. Pour over chicken and cover.
- Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours or high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
