Melt butter and chocolate in a saucepan. Remove from heat. Add all other ingredients except eggs. Blend well. Add eggs and beat well. Pour batter into a 9x9" greased pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN. Cool then frost. Yield: 16 squares
For Frosting: Mix chocolate, brown sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Add butter. Cool. Stir in other ingredients. Mix well. Spread on brownies. Enjoy.
