| Directions | Allow cheese to come to room temperature (about an hour). Pour beer in a glass and allow it to go flat. Combine all ingredients, except beer, in a bowl or food processor. Beat with an electric mixer or process. Slowly add beer and mix until cheese is very smooth. Refrigerate in a covered container. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. You may have to whisk it a little to blend it again. |
