| Directions |
- Cut the zest off the lemon and dice as small as you can get it.
- Cut open the jalapenos and remove all the seeds, dice jalapenos as small as you can (leave the seeds in for hotter chicken.)
- In food processor, mix lemon zest, diced jalapenos, liquid smoke, basil, BBQ sauce, and lemon juice. Puree the mixture until you get a sauce looking mixture.
- Place sauce and chicken in a plastic bag and let marinade for 3 hours.
- Place marinated chicken in large skillet, use the left over marinade sauce and coat the chicken both sides, cook med-high 3-6 minutes each side or until no longer pink. Marinade sauce should almost make a breading on the chicken.
- Remove from heat when chicken is fully cooked and enjoy.
