| Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ground beef, green pepper, onion, saltines and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Roll into balls. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown meatballs on all sides. Place meatballs in a oven-proof pot (that can also be placed on the cooktop to thicken the gravy) along with soup and mushrooms. Cover and bake in oven for 30 minutes. Over medium heat on cooktop, place pan with meatballs. In a small glass combine milk and flour. Add to meatballs. Stir until thickened to desired consistency. |
