Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in double boiler. Put half of mixture in buttered jelly roll pan. Refrigerate and freeze. Boil butter, milk and pudding mix for 1 minute. Pour powdered sugar in large bowl. Pour pudding mixture over that. Beat until smooth. Add maple flavoring. Pour over refrigerated mixture. To remaining chocolate mixture, add salted peanuts. Spread over powdered sugar mixture and freeze. |
