| Directions | In a medium bowl, combine fish, pepper, onions, seasonings and eggs. Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Form fish mixture into patties using 1/2 cup for each. Dredge in bread crumbs. Place in skille and cook 5-6 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. |
