| Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugar and flour. Add baking powder, salt, vanilla and milk. Stir in cranberries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. For butter sauce, lightly brown butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Add sugar and stir 1-2 minutes. Add cream and cook 3-4 minutes. Serve hot over cake. |
