| Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add seasonings, soups, enchilada sauce, milk and chilies. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Place 2 cups of mixture on the bottom of prepared baking dish. Top with tortilla pieces. Repeat layers, ending with the tortilla pieces. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tortillas are crisp on top. Top with green onions, black olives and sour cream, if desired. |
