| Directions |
- Place steak cubes in a plastic bag or container. Do the same with potatoes in a separate bag or container. Pour 1/2 cup of dressing into each bag or container, seal and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to cook, heat grill and remove steak and potatoes from dressing. Drain steak and potatoes on separate plates lined with paper towels.
- Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, just until potatoes begin to soften. Do not cook completely.
- Place alternating pieces of steak and potatoes on kabob skewers and grill until meat is cooked through.
