| Directions | Cook rice according to package. In a large skillet, brown pork with garlic and 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Remove from skillet; keep warm. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine remaining soy sauce, broth and corn starch. Stir until smooth. In skillet, stir fry carrots and celery for 4-5 minutes, until softened. Add onions, spinach and pork and cook 1-2 minutes more. Stir in sauce mixture and boil 3-4 minutes, until thickened. Serve over rice and chinese noodles, if desired. |
