| Directions | Place spinach in a serving bowl. In a frying pan, cook bacon until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and crumble. In bacon drippings, add brown sugar, onions, seasonings and vinegar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over spinach and top with crumbled bacon. |
