| Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place paper liners in muffin tins. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Beat in liquid ingredients until smooth. For filling, in a smaller bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.. Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate batter. Put 1 tablespoon of filling into center of each. Place a spoonful of batter over the filling. Bake for 30 minutes. For frosting, combine sugar, milk and butter in a small saucepan. Boil for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows and stir until melted. Spread over cupcakes. |
