| Directions | Remove the top from the green peppers and remove the seeds. Drop into rapidly boiling water, boil 5 minutes. Brown the beef and drain. Add rice, soup mix, 1/3 of tomato soup, and 1 tablespoon ketchup to the drained brown beef. Place cooked peppers in 2-quart baking dish, fill peppers with beef mixture. Combine 2/3 of soup and 2 tablespoons ketchup. Spoon this over top of the peppers. Sprinkle with cheese if you desire. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool for a few minutes and enjoy! |
