Smoked Roast - Recipe

Eye of round roast rice casserole.

Directions
Marinate roast overnight in dressing. Set aside marinade. Smoke on smoker (off direct heat) about 1 1/2 hour, turning every 1/2 hour. Top with marinade and burn fat. Let set for 10 minutes; slice thin.
Wash rice and place in casserole dish.
Add steak sauce, mushrooms and bouillon.
Dot with butter.
Bake covered @350 for 30 minutes; Uncover for 15 min.
 
 
Ingredients
-pound eye of round roast
-8 ounces wish bone (no other) russian dressing
-1 cup rice-long or short grain
-1 each can of dawn fresh mushroom gravy-no other
-1 each 4 oz. can of mushrooms-broiled in butter is best but i use whatever
-1 each can of beef bouillon-not beef broth
-6 slices butter
