| Directions | Cut vension loin into bite-size pieces. Wrap each piece of loin with breakfast bacon and use a round toothpick to stick through meat to secure bacon. Mix enough Dales sauce and water,half and half, to cover meat in a bowl or pot and marinate in refrigerator for about 30 min. Do not salt or pepper the meat. The Dales sauce has enough salt in it. This is why I cut it half and half with water, otherwise it would be to salty. Set your gas grill to its lowest setting. Remove the wrapped vension from the marinade and arrange in a single layer in a wire hamburger basket. Cook about 8 min. per side or untill desired doneness, turning often. When done the toothpick serves as a mini holder to eat with. When I cook this at my cook-outs, I have to prepare them ahead or my guests will be standing around the grill, eating them as fast as they come off. |
